Menagerie aims to bring awareness to the SF SPCA's mission of "saving and protecting animals, providing care and treatment, advocating for their welfare and enhancing the human-animal bond". San Francisco's premiere artists were asked to create inspired pieces incorporating the SPCA's mission and their own unique styles. For the entire run of Menagerie, Modern Eden and their exhibiting artists are donating 20% of all art sales to the SF SPCA. We hope you can come out and support this wonderful cause!
March 4th is also First Friday in North Beach. Over a dozen local art spaces and galleries open extended hours on the First Friday of every month in our historic art district. Grab a map and peruse the wonderful art world with art receptions, live music, drinks, poetry, and entertainment throughout the neighborhood.
